The changes made to Sojourn primarily focus on her Railgun, so now secondary fire falloff happens quicker and the critical damage multiplier has been reduced from 2 to 1.5 These changes means that Sojourn can no longer kill a full health 200 HP hero with a single fully charged Railgun shot, which is a significant nerf, to say the least. Many have accused Sojourn of being overpowered in her current state, and so Blizzard has worked to nerf her as part of the Season 2 update.
